SINGLE HANDMADE SOAP LOAF

Order Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing our handcrafted natural soap. Each soap loaf is made to order and requires preparation, curing, packaging, and finishing time. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

1. PAYMENT 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order and begin production. The remaining 50% balance is due before the completed order is shipped or picked up.  Production will not begin until the 50% deposit has been received.

2. CURING TIME

Our cold-process soap requires adequate curing time to develop its hardness, longevity, and overall quality.  Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks of curing time before your soap is ready for shipment or pickup.  The curing period begins after the soap has been made and cut.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Because each loaf is made specifically for the customer, orders may be canceled only before production begins. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.  The 50% deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover preparation, materials, scheduling, and production-related costs.  No refund will be processed after production has begun.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS

Customers may select available:

• Fragrance
• Two colors
• Embeds
• Personalized labels
• Special themes

Custom requests must be approved before production begins.  Additional charges may apply for specialty fragrances, elaborate embeds, specialty packaging, or designs requiring additional materials or labor.

5. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Each loaf is handmade. Slight variations in color, scent, texture, shape, embeds, and appearance may occur from one loaf to another.  These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

6. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Most orders ship via UPS or USPS.  The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.  Orders will be shipped after the soap has completed its required curing period and the remaining balance has been paid in full. 

7. REFUNDS

Because handmade soap loaves are made to order and customized for each customer, all completed orders are considered final sale.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for change of mind, fragrance preference, color preference, or customized design choices after production has begun.  CeCe's Soapslicious is not liable for product damaged or lost during shipping.  Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim; save all packaging and damaged goods.

8. ORDER APPROVAL

Before production begins, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their selected fragrance, colors, embeds, personalized information, and other customization details.  Once approved and production begins, changes may not be possible and additional charges may apply.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting the required 50% deposit, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Single Handmade Soap Loaf Order Terms & Conditions.
